Voyage to the land of Plants!!

 What an exiting adventure, the chosen two heroes started their travel to each partner's countries/ cities and had plant related adventures. They wen to our town first : Kusadasi where they came to help the Tulusah flower, an endemic plant of the town as she felt lonely as all her family and friends disappeared.


Picture drawn by Jimena and story written on zoom as a group after having researched for the endemic plants of area. The students felt touched by this endemic plant and wanted to make sure the specie does not disappear and continues to flourish on the lovely cost of the Aegean see.

ATA s ARTICHOKE DISH

 People from the Aegean region are in love with the different artichokes dishes they can cook and eat.  Ata and his family are one of them. It was a fantastic experience for Ata  to cook his favorite dish with his mum and an unforgettable one too. As part of the curricullum, in the cooking unit Ata was able to practise verbs like chop, slice, cook, fry, pour water. Ata made a lovely presentation to the class thanks to this project activity.
